      說明：本模塊專為SAP進(jìn)行接口而使用考勤機(jī)。將考勤機(jī)與科藝嘉考勤系統(tǒng)接口,員工的刷卡信息實時的傳送至數(shù)據(jù)庫及文件中，每晚由SAP HR系統(tǒng)從服務(wù)器數(shù)據(jù)讀入SAP HR系統(tǒng)供查詢、考勤核算和工資計算使用。

     科藝嘉考勤系統(tǒng)可以讓車間、班組負(fù)責(zé)人使用輪班計劃，或每月每周做排班，或調(diào)班，或抓班，并通知員工。考勤核算根據(jù)員工的排班信息和刷卡信息自動判斷遲到、早退、缺勤及統(tǒng)計早班、中班、夜班時間與次數(shù)，并能自動計算補(bǔ)休。大大減輕人力資源部的日常統(tǒng)計計算和管理工作量，同時提高員工滿意度。
